Developer Wants Arbitration In $22M Construction Defect Row

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 5:24 PM ET) -- A PulteGroup Inc. subsidiary on Thursday sought to end a lawsuit in which an excess insurer claims its policy isn't triggered by construction defect litigation seeking more than $22 million, telling a California federal court that the dispute should be sent to arbitration.
