KKR Pours Up To $161M Into Reinsurer WMI

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 2:12 PM EST) -- Two subsidiaries of global investment firm KKR & Co. LP have purchased about $11 million worth of WMI Holdings Corp. stock, the companies said Friday, in an investment KKR said is intended to help the reinsurer build shareholder value.
