NLRB Says Hospital's Ban On Unfair Criticism Is DOA

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Thursday that parts of a Michigan hospital's code of conduct forbidding comments that stray beyond “fair criticism” and that proscribe behavior detrimental to “promoting teamwork” were at odds with federal labor law and had to be rescinded.
