Fracking Prep Go-Ahead Won't Get 2nd Look From Pa. Judge

Law360, Philadelphia (January 31, 2014, 5:04 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania state judge Thursday reversed her decision to reconsider a ruling forcing more than 60 landowners to let EQT Corp. begin prefracking tests on their land, following the landowners’ claim earlier in the week that the state law the company is using to justify proposed drilling is unconstitutional.
