Startup Industry Is Creating New Litigation Tools

According to one recent study, 55-75 percent of companies sued by nonpracticing entities earn under $10 million in revenue per year.[1] Founders of startups are more and more likely to face suits as they look to commercialize new ideas, and in response, they are developing creative ways to defend themselves, and even counterattack.
