Steel Cos. Seek Wire Rod Duties On Chinese Imports

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 7:50 PM EST) -- A group of steel companies, including Nucor Corp. and ArcelorMittal USA LLC, lodged petitions Friday with federal trade agencies alleging U.S. producers of certain steel wire rod are suffering as a result of subsidized and unfairly low-priced Chinese imports.
