Commish Blasts Doc Request By Nightclub Insurer Units

Law360, Wilmington (January 31, 2014, 9:15 PM ET) -- Delaware Insurance Commissioner Karen Weldin Stewart said Friday that a request by bankrupt affiliates of nightclub insurer Indemnity Insurance Corp. RRG to gain access to records from the company's offices is an attempted “end run” around the receivership ordered by the chancery court.
