DOJ Probes Goldman, Others On Libya Deals

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 6:06 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Credit Suisse Group AG and other banks and private equity firms for possibly bribing Libyan investment fund officials, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
