Cardica's Vessel-Graft Patent Suit Survives

Law360, New York (March 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a patent interference suit brought by Cardica Inc. against Integrated Vascular Interventional Technologies Inc. over patents covering an apparatus for minimally invasive bypass surgeries, despite IVIT’s claims that the court did not have jurisdiction over the suit.
