Comcast Can Push Houston Sports Network Into Ch. 11

Law360, Houston (February 4, 2014, 7:28 PM ET) -- A Texas bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave the green light to an involuntary bankruptcy filed by Comcast Corp. against a regional sports network it owns with the Houston Astros and Houston Rockets, rejecting the baseball club's argument that the case was filed in bad faith.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur granted relief under Chapter 11 against Houston Regional Sports Network LP and denied the Astros' motion to dismiss the bankruptcy, saying he was convinced Comcast initiated the case in order to salvage the ailing venture....
