Ion Doesn't Owe $4M In TV Show Licensing Suit, Judge Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (February 3, 2014, 4:08 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday rejected French TV producer Atlantique Productions SA’s attempts to get $4 million in licensing fees from cable network Ion, ruling an agreement between the companies was not binding because Ion never signed it.
