BrainLAB Hits Medtronic With $6M Bill For Legal Fees

Law360, New York (March 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Although Medtronic Inc.'s patent infringement suit was dismissed last year, the company faces a request by the defendant in the case, German health products maker BrainLAB Inc., to shell out more than $6.5 million in legal fees.
