Goldcorp, Barrick To Reap $275M In Sale Of Nev. Gold Mine

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 3:23 PM EST) -- Canadian mining company Goldcorp Inc. and Barrick Gold Corp. are selling their Nevada gold mine joint venture for $275 million in cash to Silver Standard Resources Inc., the companies said Monday.

Goldcorp and Barrick have entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell their respective interests in the Marigold mine in Humboldt County, Nev., the companies said.
