NY Court Snuffs Claims Of Judge Bias In Ex-AIG Execs Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 6:26 PM EST) -- A New York state appeals court on Tuesday backed a judge's refusal to recuse himself from presiding over the state attorney general's suit accusing American International Group Inc.'s former CEO of engineering fraudulent reinsurance deals.
