CIT Reverses Commerce Decision In Candle Duty Order

Law360, Los Angeles (February 5, 2014, 8:58 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge last week found that the U.S. Department of Commerce had incorrectly included Trade Associates Group Ltd.’s shaped candles in the scope of an anti-dumping duty order the Chinese candle maker challenged as being overbroad.
