Air Passengers' Suit Over Miami Int'l Fuel Fire Nixed

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 6:44 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action alleging Allied Aviation LLC owed money to passengers stranded after a March 2011 fuel fire at Miami International Airport, saying the passengers failed to prove the company had any duty to them.
