Law360, Wilmington (February 07, 2014, 5:40 PM ET) -- A Delaware federal judge agreed to fast-track to the Third Circuit, Specialty Products Holdings Corp.'s appeal of a bankruptcy court decision pegging the company's asbestos-related liability at $1.1 billion, ruling Friday that expediting the matter would benefit the case and general public.
