Deutsche Telekom Puts Up $1.1B To Fill Out Czech Unit Stake

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 11:29 AM EST) -- Deutsche Telekom AG said Monday it agreed to pay €828 million ($1.1 billion) for full ownership of its T-Mobile Czech Republic unit, lifting a sizable minority stake from Mid Europa Partners LLP in a deal that matches an ongoing push to expand its European footprint.
