GAO, FDA Spar Over Progress On Drug Shortages

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:55 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Monday painted a less rosy portrait of the nation’s progress curbing drug shortages than the U.S. Food and Drug Administration offered just a few days earlier, differing sharply in its assessment of long-term scarcities.
