US Sailors Seek $1B From Tepco For Radiation Exposure

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 4:05 PM ET) -- A group of U.S. Navy rescue personnel lodged a new $1 billion putative class action in California federal court Thursday against Tokyo Electric Power Co. Inc., claiming the utility failed to disclose that they would be exposed to nuclear radiation during a humanitarian mission aiding tsunami victims.
