Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 5:57 PM EST) -- The New York federal judge overseeing a proposed collective action over Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP's refusal to pay overtime to lawyers hired on a temporary basis for document review work rejected the claim on Monday that information on the plaintiff's resume could support a bid for sanctions.
