Apple Pushes For Stay On Live Streaming Patent Case

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 7:29 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. asked a California federal judge Monday to stay Emblaze Ltd.'s suit accusing Apple of infringing a patent on live streaming technology, saying that an upcoming U.S. Supreme Court decision could potentially impact a decision in the case.
