NLRB Wants Clarity On Powers Over Religious Schools

Law360, Los Angeles (February 10, 2014, 8:24 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday asked for input on whether it has jurisdiction over religiously affiliated universities and whether certain types of faculty are excluded from the National Labor Relations Act because they are managerial employees.
