Issuers Turn To Overseas IPOs As Emerging Markets Thrive

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 12:06 AM EST) -- Cross-border initial public offerings nearly doubled in 2013 as private equity firms and other issuers from developed economies proved increasingly willing to look abroad for better valuations and brighter market prospects, especially with emerging markets flourishing, according to data released Wednesday by Baker & McKenzie LLP.
