E-Cigarette Tax Hikes Gain Traction In Ore., Hawaii

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 2:19 PM EST) -- Bills that would raise taxes on electronic cigarettes worked their way through state legislatures in Oregon and Hawaii on Tuesday, where lawmakers debated taxing the relatively new tobacco products by as much as 81 percent, bringing them in line with traditional tobacco products.
