Chrysler Franchisee Terms Won't Do, Dealership Tells 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (February 11, 2014, 8:56 PM EST) -- A Los Angeles car dealership on Tuesday urged the Ninth Circuit to revive its suit alleging Chrysler Group LLC violated the order of a government-established arbitrator by offering the dealership unacceptable terms to be reinstated as a franchisee after the federal government’s bailout of Chrysler.

Los Feliz Ford Inc., which does business as Star Chrysler Jeep, had sued the government-reorganized, or "new," Chrysler in California federal court seeking new terms for reinstatement as a franchisee other than what Chrysler had offered.
