Chamber President Asks Congress To Raise Federal Gas Tax

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 3:24 PM EST) -- U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Thomas Donohue urged Congress on Wednesday to raise federal taxes on gasoline and diesel fuels for the first time in more than 20 years to prevent a government trust fund used to pay for nation's transportation system from potentially becoming insolvent later this year.
