BlackBerry Slams Seacrest's 'Theft' Of Keyboard Design

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 11:23 AM EST) -- BlackBerry Ltd. escalated its efforts to halt sales of iPhone snap-on keyboards sold by Ryan Seacrest-backed Typo Products LLC on Thursday, telling a California federal court the allegedly lookalike design was chosen to pick off BlackBerry users.

BlackBerry filed suit Jan. 3 over the keyboard cases, saying they were damagingly similar to BlackBerry's iconic phone keyboards.
