Dems. Pick Wyden To Run Senate Finance Committee

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 2:28 PM EST) -- Senate Democrats Wednesday night unanimously voted to name Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., the new chair of the Finance Committee, positioning Congress to potentially head in a new direction on tax reform.

If Wyden’s voting record is any indication, he could take a markedly different approach to policymaking than his predecessor, Max Baucus, who left the post to become ambassador to China.
