EPA Commits To April Deadline For Cooling Water Intake Rule

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 4:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Wednesday that it will finalize a long-delayed cooling water intake rule for power plants by April 17, nearly two years after the agency originally pledged to complete the rulemaking process as part of a settlement with environmental groups.
