Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 6:11 PM EST) -- More than 300 of the largest companies in energy, life sciences, technology and other sectors voiced their support Thursday for proposed changes to the federal discovery rules, though they suggested further restrictions on the types of evidence destruction or loss that warrant sanctions.
