DC Circ. Revives Epic Navy Sex Discrimination Battle

Circuit panel ruled Friday that a former member of the U.S. Navy can continue trying to enforce the terms of a 15-year-old sex discrimination settlement after the military branch allegedly failed to honor part of the deal to transfer her to a new unit.
