Urban Outfitters Faces Overtime Suit In Calif.

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 1:04 PM EST) -- Urban Outfitters Inc. was hit Friday with a proposed class action alleging the company failed to pay hourly employees all their earned wages by not compensating them for the time they spent undergoing security checks at the end of their shifts.
