Obama Unveils New Fuel Standards For Heavy-Duty Vehicles

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 2:37 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Tuesday directed federal environmental and transportation regulators to develop and issue the next phase of fuel efficiency and greenhouse gas standards for trucks and other medium and heavy-duty vehicles and have them finalized by March 2016.
