NJ Asks Supreme Court To Hear Sports Gambling Case

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 5:21 PM EST) -- New Jersey officials have taken their bid to legalize sports gambling to the U.S. Supreme Court, asking the justices to hear the case because a federal law that prevents such wagering in most states allegedly violates the Tenth Amendment and represents unfair discrimination.
