Shaub & Williams Gets Augme Claims Pared In $2M Fee Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 5:51 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday rejected new counterclaims by Augme Technologies Inc. that the company hoped might help absolve it of $2.2 million in outstanding legal bills it allegedly owes to Shaub & Williams LLP for its work on a number of patent infringement lawsuits.
