FCC Revives Net Neutrality Without ISP Reclassification

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 1:47 PM ET) -- The Federal Communications Commission announced plans Wednesday to revive the net neutrality rules struck down by the D.C. Circuit last month, though without taking the hard-line approach of reclassifying Internet service providers under federal law.
