Lehman Bankruptcy Judge To Join MoFo As Practice Co-Chair

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 12:55 PM ET) -- The New York bankruptcy judge who for five years presided over the historic Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy will soon join Morrison & Foerster LLP as co-chair of its global business restructuring and insolvency group, the firm announced Wednesday.

Judge James M. Peck, who made his final rulings in the Lehman case in January, will join Morrison & Foerster March 3, where he will also support the firm in its restructuring practice and complex mediation work for both domestic and international insolvencies. He will be replaced...
