Contractors Slam OPM For Canceling $1B Training Contract

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 7:48 PM EST) -- A contractor group criticized the U.S. Office of Personnel Management for its sudden cancelation of a $1 billion training contract, saying the agency owed its contractors more explanation for why the solicitation was scrapped more than a year after bids were submitted.
