ITI Shoots Back In TechAmerica's Employee Poaching Suit

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 3:53 PM EST) -- Information Technology Industry Council Inc. fired back Tuesday at allegations it stole trade secrets and poached three of TechAmerica's government contracting and technology experts, renewing its motion to dismiss claims that it has characterized as an unfair attempt to restrict competition.
