Comcast Plaintiffs Seek Stay Amid Settlement Talks

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 7:40 PM EST) -- A group of Philadelphia cable TV subscribers asked Wednesday to put their antitrust suit against Comcast Corp. on hold, citing early progress in their settlement talks with the cable giant and the possibility of resolving claims over its conduct in other cities as well.
