Medicaid Subcontractor Pay Isn't Public Info, Pa. Court Says

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 3:29 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Wednesday reversed a ruling by the state’s Office of Open Records that had forced Medicaid managed care organizations to disclose the rates paid to subcontractors, saying they were exempt under a provision of the Right to Know Law that protects trade secrets.
