9th Circ. Flips Ruling Trimming Atty Fees In Liquor Co. OT Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2014, 9:18 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday found that a lower court abused its discretion by trimming attorneys’ fees after a $1.75 million settlement between alcohol distributor Southern Wine and Spirits of America Inc. and a class of employees in a California suit over unpaid overtime.
