DOD Unveils Plan To Clear Spectrum Space For Industry

Law360, Washington (February 20, 2014, 3:38 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Defense on Thursday unveiled its Electromagnetic Spectrum Strategy, a program it said would allow it to better use wireless spectrum for critical national security needs while also increasing available spectrum for the commercial wireless industry.
