NJ Bar Urges Christie To Keep State Chief Justice

Chris Christie, who has twice declined to renominate sitting state Supreme Court justices, to reappoint Chief Justice Stuart Rabner in a resolution released Thursday, contending that refusing to do so would be an unprecedented attack on the judiciary's independence.
