Constangy Brooks Hits Former Partner With Fraud Suit

Law360, Houston (February 20, 2014, 5:31 PM EST) -- Dallas employment law firm Constangy Brooks & Smith LLP launched a fraud suit in Texas state court on Wednesday, accusing a former partner of conning the firm into giving him a $75,000 loan days before he resigned, and which he now refuses to repay.
