Comcast-TWC Deal Raises Net Neutrality Concerns

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 6:06 PM EST) -- Lawmakers will likely examine the question of net neutrality while reviewing Comcast Corp.'s proposed $45 billion acquisition of Time Warner Cable Inc. when the Senate antitrust committee holds a hearing on the blockbuster deal, a Senate antitrust staffer said Thursday.
