FDA Agrees To FSMA Rollout Deadlines In Settlement

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 5:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has agreed for the first time to strict deadlines by which it should finish implementing its Food Safety Modernization Act overhaul as part of settlement terms that became public Thursday, after the agency dropped its Ninth Circuit appeal in the dispute.
