Hollywood Reporter Hit With $150M Defamation Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 20, 2014, 8:27 PM ET) -- Film financier David Bergstein filed a $150 million defamation suit Thursday in New York state court accusing The Hollywood Reporter of advocating for his adversary in its coverage of a bankruptcy dispute in return for special access and payments to a reporter.
