Big Banks Get Go-Ahead To Use New Risk Calculation Method

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 6:28 PM EST) -- Two U.S. regulators on Friday gave eight national banks, four state banks and eight bank holding companies permission to begin using a new method to determine their risk-based capital requirements, giving them greater flexibility in their calculations.
